A long-term growth portfolio built for resilience, discipline, and compounding — now combining downturn-resistant funds, a tech core with an exit trigger, and structured notes (FCNs).

| Allocation | Holding | Role / Rationale |
|---|---|---|
| 20% | Seligman Tech | Resilient in falling markets (ทนต่อสภาวะตลาดตกได้) |
| 20% | Fenghe Long-Short | Resilient in falling markets (ทนต่อสภาวะตลาดตกได้) |
| 30% | UBS My Way-Tech | Tech growth exposure, with a QQQ Monthly SMA40 exit trigger |
| 30% | FCN with deep discount on QQQ + 2 other indexes | • Structured income with a deep downside buffer; converts to direct QQQ in Year 2 if clear of the danger zone |
• Using QQQ’s monthly chart, I will initiate a position funded by a Lombard loan equal to 10% of the portfolio when QQQ breaks above its 50-month high. Each subsequent 10% addition will require a separate pullback followed by a renewed breakout above QQQ’s 50-month high, up to three entries in total (30% of the portfolio). I will not add on consecutive new highs within the same uninterrupted rally—for example, three entries over three days. Each addition must follow its own pullback-and-breakout cycle. If QQQ closes below its 10-month simple moving average (SMA10), I will exit the Lombard-funded QQQ position and accept any loss. FCN coupon income may help offset losses and borrowing costs, but it is not guaranteed to cover them. |

Lombard Loan → FCN (max 15%)
Roughly 3 FCNs at about 5% each.
If Year 2 is past the danger zone (ถ้าปีที่ 2 พ้นเขตอันตรายแล้ว): buy FCN Deep QQQ directly.

Market declines are not a signal to flee. Hold assets that withstand falling markets, use structured notes to get paid for waiting at deep discounts, and step aside only on a clear trend signal.
